Anne Winger Bell was born in Wellington, Kansas, attended Kansas State University, and then moved to Parsons, Ks where she enrolled in the local community college and graduated with an Associates Degree in Nursing.

Upon successful passing of nursing state board exams, Anne worked as a Registered Nurse in Kansas for 4 years in hospital and home care settings prior to moving to Texas in 1987.  She continued in nursing for another 19 years, working primarily in home health care with geriatrics during which she also owned and operated a small assisted living home for 5 years.

Retiring from nursing in late 2006, Anne now spends her work time with Larry in managing Nacq Partners, Ltd. She enjoys visits with their children and grandchildren, and when possible, she enjoys working in the "dirt" with her flower garden. Anne is an avid "birder", watching and enjoying listening to the myriad of birds around their home.
